Packing Policies

We believe our packing system works very nice. Vinyls are sent to prevent any splits. CD will be shipped with secured mailer bag. Written as "Gift" and "used LP/CD/EP"on the green custom sticker.

Return & Refund Policies FAQ

Q.How will you deal with items that are lost in the mail or never show up? A.Registered mail comes with small insurance. We will trace the packet and if it is lost, we will try to refund(up to insurance limit). Q.How will you deal with items that are damaged in transit? A.Buyer have to ask post office. Registered mail comes with small insurance. We cannot accept return/refund. Q.How will you deal with buyers who order the wrong item and wish to return? A.We don't accept refund/retun. Q.How will you deal with returns if the seller makes an error? A.Basically we don't accept retun/refund in any cases. If it is our SERIOUS mistake( for example "different item"), we accept return. If it is true, we refund only item price. Never rufund shipping cost. Buyer have to show us the evidence first. "Our mistake" is not included postal troubles. Q.Who pays for shipping on returns? A.Buyer

Non-Payment and Fraud Transaction Policies

Non-paying buyer cannot purchase from our shop again. NEVER. We are sharing fraud alerts and information(name, address, phone number, IP address, email, credit card number and plus more) to all other international sellers in the community. Over 1500 fraud information are shared until now. All suspicious information are reported and helping each other. We never do a business with again. Let's have a friendly manner transaction each other.
