Seikima-II’s fourth major studio album (or “Large Scripture”), “Big Time Changes,” arrived in 1987 on the CBS/Sony label, carrying the catalog number 28AH2264. This 12-inch vinyl LP marked a crucial turning point for the theatrical heavy metal band. Most significantly, it solidified the classic lineup with the formal introduction of guitarist Sgt.
