Today’s entry brings us to the underground metal scene of Greece. We are looking at the 2009 limited vinyl edition of Death Sentence by the band Revenge, released on the Greek label Floga Records with the catalog number FL07.
Old School Speed Metal Revival
Revenge is a Greek band dedicated to the raw, unpolished sound of 80s speed and heavy metal. Originally released on CD earlier in the same year, this vinyl edition gives the album its proper analog home. The band’s style is a high-octane tribute to the early days of the genre, drawing clear inspiration from bands like Motörhead, early Running Wild, and Venom.
The Music
